Shipping Information
Before we get into specifics, let us be clear on our shipping philosophy: We want to get products to you as quickly as humanly possible. To keep things simple, there is a shipping charge (for expedited shipping, for example), we are not in business to profit from shipping; you are charged what we are charged. Our primary shipping service is USPS Home Delivery. It is a ground service that takes 5-7 business days from coast-to-coast (many of our products ship from our Allen, Texas location).
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery Time depends on 2 factors: 1. Availability. Every product details page will show a value similar to “MADE TO ORDER” and ship within 5-10 business days. It is also noted in the Shopping Cart and informs you of how quickly an item will be ready to ship out. For example, some items will ship within 24 hours, others in a couple of days, while some may take as many as several weeks (especially custom products). The Availability value is an estimate. We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible, so we often get orders out more quickly than is noted by the “Availability” time-frame, but please do not count on that.
METHOD OF DELIVERY
Method of delivery. Our shipping method is United States Postal Service (USPS). Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on "business" days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it is impossible for us to ship an item the same day since the shipping companies are closed.
FLAT-RATE
To simplify the shipping process we have a flat rate per order which includes a base fee plus a per-item fee.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If you’d like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally, please send us an email at apulens2020@gmail.com. Be sure to include a list of the products you’d like to purchase, your shipping address, phone number, and the email address to which we should send an invoice. A member of our Customer Service team will contact you to make arrangements
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please follow the policy below for an exchange or refund.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it. Apulens will issue a refund within 30 days of purchase for any item ordered via (insert website). All returns or exchanges must be unused. The client is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured to Apulens. Refunds will be issued in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction minus the original shipping and insurance charges. After 30 days, no refund of any kind will be issued.
RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS
All returns/exchanges must include the following information:
Name,
Address,
Phone, and
Email
Designate the item(s) you wish to return/exchange and give the reason for the return/exchange. Specify the details of the exchange desired for the item(s) you wish to exchange. Finally, print the confirmation page to include it in your return box. Returns and exchanges must be mailed to the address on our return form.

Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 30 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email (based on the email address listed on your order) when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. When processing your exchange we automatically credit you in the original form of payment and reauthorize a new payment for your exchange. If you are executing a return/exchange and have used a banking or debit card, your financial institution’s policies may result in an insufficient funds charge.
Shipping fees charged for the original order will not be refunded. You will not be reimbursed for return shipping costs. Due to security constraints, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase amount.
